香港的發展
自 2017 年起，中國香港綜合搏擊總會與 WSBA 合作推廣搏擊活動，並正式成為 WSBA 海外支部。本會是香港唯一一個 WSBA 認可的機構，每年在香港舉辦新秀賽、精英大賽、香港國際錦標賽，賽事現設有兒童組、少年組、業餘組及專業組級別，而香港亦會派隊參加亞洲錦標賽及世界錦標賽等。
Development in Hong Kong
Since 2017, the China Hong Kong Shoot Boxing Association has collaborated with the WSBA to promote combat sports and officially became an overseas branch of the WSBA. This association is the only WSBA-recognized entity in Hong Kong and organizes various competitions each year, including rookie tournaments, elite competitions, and the Hong Kong International Championship. Events feature categories for children, youth, amateur, and professional levels, and Hong Kong teams participate in the Asian Championships and World Championships.
比賽規則與技術
Shoot Boxing 以體重和經驗劃分運動員級別，比賽採用回合制，運動員可透過以下方式得分：
技擊：包括拳擊、踢腳、膝撞及肘擊。
投摔：分為前投摔及後投摔，若成功做出高於自己腰部的拋物線，雙腳離地並背部摔在擂台上，即可獲得「SHOOT」Point。
站立關節技及窒息鎖：有效施行可得「CATCH」Point。
Competition Rules and Techniques
Shoot Boxing divides athletes into weight classes and experience levels. The competition follows a round-based format, and athletes can score points through the following methods:
Striking: This includes punches, kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes.
Throwing: Divided into forward and backward throws. If an athlete successfully executes a parabolic throw above their waist, with both feet off the ground and their back hitting the mat, they will earn a “SHOOT” point.
Standing Joint Locks and Chokes: Successfully applying these techniques will earn a “CATCH” point.
